    I'm going to try and keep this short and sweet. These sessions were profound for me. They really supported me to very quickly shift and transform some deep rooted fears, and limiting self beliefs that I have been doing years and years and years of work to unravel and unpack and what I found with the hypnotherapy sessions with Ioanna was that they brought such immediate awareness points that were really important for me to come to meet with in the beautiful space that she creates, which I always find for me is such an essential and key part of any healing to take place.

    First, you have to feel that you are in a very safe and supportive environment, and she makes you feel all of that and more, but particularly something that I remember that she said to me before our journey was, this will transform and transmute stuff like with the click of a finger and you can't know until you try it right.

    And I did, and it has. It strengthened my relationship. It strengthened my intimacy and my ability to really be aware of old patterns that are playing out and have been in my current relationship. And has supported me in really deepening in the intimacy with my partner. It's also supported me with understanding where fears were coming in, in this life that just weren't my own.

    And so through that awareness, I've been able to move through life in a lighter way. I really feel like at the end of the day we're all just striving to feel more peace in our life and this work with Ioanna has made me feel all of that and more.

    She is such a remarkable space holder and guide and just so great at supporting you to navigate things that are hard and she gives all of herself and will be there to support you in between the sessions, which is just so beautiful.
